“I was unfortunate enough to be in a helicopter accident in 1995 and fortunate enough to hire Jon Kettles to handle my case.
As a licensed helicopter pilot himself he was well positioned to understand the complicated nature of my case and successfully
negotiated a settlement that helped
my secure my future. I would recommend Jon for any aviation case trust him without hesitation.”

We are on your side.
The Kettles Law Firm oversees every detail of a case. We keep our clients informed at every stage so they can stay as involved as they wish. We describe in detail what to expect – from the length of the process to the potential outcome, and thoroughly explain each client’s legal rights so that they can make informed decisions about how to proceed. Our role is to serve as representatives of our clients, and all major decisions during the legal process are made with the client’s full knowledge and approval.

We are paid only when we recover money for our clients.
Most of our cases are taken on a contingency fee basis – we are paid out of any compensation we obtain for our clients. The contingency fee in each case is agreed upon in advance and is typically determined by factors such as the complexity of the case, the potential recovery to the clients and the degree of risk assumed by our firm. Likewise, The Kettles Law Firm advances all expenses necessary to properly prepare the case for trial or settlement and at the conclusion of the case, we are reimbursed for the expenses out of the client’s recovery. If we do not recover money for our clients, no money is paid to our firm.

How we are different
